Refund Policy

At Al Musaffa, we are committed to providing you with the purest and highest quality honey. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, given the nature of our products, we have set out the following guidelines for refunds and returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged jar or if the product is defective, we offer an immediate Free Replacement or Full Refund.
How to report:
- Please inspect your order immediately upon reception.
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Send us a photo/video of the damage at support@almusaffa.com or WhatsApp.
- We will dispatch a replacement immediately—no need to return the broken glass.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened jars of honey
- Products with broken seals
- Sale items or gift cards
Exchanges & Cancellations
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may be eligible for a return if the item is unopened.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an unopened item for a different variety, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Refund Processing
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or via Bank Transfer/JazzCash/EasyPaisa within 5-7 working days.
